The room was cozy and comfortable with a great design and color scheme. The bed was firm, but soft sheets made for a great sleep. The breakfast was amazing with friendly breakfast attendants offered. The location was perfect as it was in close proximity to key attractions and landmarks.

The experience was marred by rude and unfriendly staff that lacked empathy and professionalism. I had trouble getting my rooms connected or near each other, and the staff didn't seem to care about the inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the location was great, just a short walk from many great restaurants. the room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice view of the surrounding area. the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. the service was excellent, with friendly staff always willing to help. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the gym and pool. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries.

That the pool towels were sometimes in short supply, but this didn't affect our enjoyment of the facilities.
